cant find sd card at times

i have installed an extra 8gb sd card in my sd card slot.it worked no problem til the the next time i went to use the tablet. i could not find it on extrenal storage. kept showing none was installed. i removed it reinserted the card worked till again the next time i opened the tablet it was gone again. anyone had the issuse.

The problem was the micro SD card and adapter I was using. I bought a scan disc ultra SD card 32gb class 6. So far so good.
