Default OTG PC Keyboards and hot keys

Using a regular USB PC keyboard through an OTG adapter cable but I can't figre out how to cut and paste via hotkeys. There's no MENU key to use the standard Android cut or paste functions.

Anyway to designate keys when using PC keyboard?
