Default Do you think this will have the 4 android buttons when released?

so one of the advantages this Tablet has that gives me pause when seeing the Acer Iconia about to come out, is the inclusion of the 4 android capacitive buttons on the side.

thing is, i saw one demo video where a technician or someone with an early model was saying they were probably going to remove them from the final version, due to it running honeycomb. also, i even saw a review on cnet or a similar site where the reviewer actually docked the Toshiba tablet's score for having the buttons, just because they were "unnecessary" (which was incredibly ignorant, since he made no argument that there was actually something wrong with them) and now, the best buy and amazon pages fo it show it with no buttons, though they may just be unlit in the pics.

how likely is it that the buttons would be removed? Toshiba really needs to get their act together and communicate with consumers.
