Toshiba Thrive or Acer Iconia

I'm looking at the Thrive or the Iconia. Price isn't an issue because I'm getting it with airline miles. 16GB Thrive or 32GB Iconia.

Biggest difference I see is that the Thrive is thicker with 16m colors and the Iconia has 262k colors and an led flash. Does anyone own both or think one is better? Is the color difference noticable?

I use to have the Iconia A500 and mine froze up on me a lot while it was in sleep mode.

Just got my Thrive today, love it so far. I was looking at the Acer A500 but the full sized HDMI and SD card made me pick the Thrive. I also like the LED indicators and the texture of the back plate. Do you know if 3.2 is out yet? Got a couple of updates on the preinstalled apps but nothing for the OS.
