Battery icon issue (not working)

My battery icon was working fine about an hour ago but I just noticed that it shows a question mark in the battery level icon and says its at 0%. On the lock screen it says that I need to connect my tablet to a charger...only issue is, is that it is connected...Is it possible that it is due to something I installed tonight? I only installed the HD widgets and dolphin HD....I tried restarting and nothing. I'm also on 3.2.1. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

i was able to cure this by reseating the battery.

Remove the battery
Slide the cover off and take the large white brick out (DO NOT FORCE) there are in grand total 3 safteys you need to disable let sit 3 min

You will never need to remove the small blue battery
