I have Toshiba Excite 10LE Tablet with Android 4.0(ICS). Purchased this in USA and using in India. I want 3G on this but seems this is not 3G enabled.

can I get Browsing/Internet using 3G in this by using a external 3g usb modem?

Have seen the device in ebay with name "3G HSDPA USB MODEM DATA CARD 7.2MBPS With Android OS Support"

can someone please let me know ASAP?

Hello and welcome . Hopefully you have gotten this figured out but if not this should get you pointed in the right direction . You will need to do some research and see if the tablets kernel is OTG enabled (stock).
