Beautiful! Tyvm! Foxfi works perfectly for me, market is working fine and I can boot into cwm by normal means (vol down+power).. I have not run into any problems whatsoever thus far.
I even installed bobZhome's kernel on top of this.

i have root running 2.3.6,flashed with cwm easy as hell no issues.Everything works great i use foxfi as well as loota stated it works perfectly.Only thing i have run into is when i try going to settings and go to about phone and click on status it will get an error message "the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly.please try again".Other than that fuggin awesome bro ty a ish ton

i have the same problem loota do you? i cant figure out why i cant get into it

Used the instructions on post 1 for the script update on last post when the script got to formatting system it encountered an error trying to format it and stop the script. E:format_volume failed to unmount "/system" Error while formatting /system!

Rebooted recovery in recovery then restored the file. finished and baseband stayed kernel changed and build changed.

I did a factory data reset and then rebooted, went to Update Firmware. It ran a check and then alerted that "No firmware update is available." Everything (including WiFi) is working, though. So...?

With the latest recovery update I'm now getting an errors with the play store, can't buy,download, or update anything.
I have even tried replacing the playstore app with the modded one... no luck for me
Use the update with bobs kernel.....updated baseband....gud money....

Go into ur applications and look for play store, force stop and delete data and reboot phone sometimes google authentication error comes up and then u will have to delete the data for google framework services.
I had to get started all over again....i odin back to 2.3.4 then updated to 2.3.6 again ...
New update zip 5/16 fixed

works but idk about WiFi yet
EDIT: nope but i heard Samsung is pushing another update to fix the WiFi so i might just go back to 2.3.4 and wait for the new update to come out tho i didn't Odin back to 2.3.4 when i used the new zip that might be the problem if i get antsy about it ill Odin to 2.3.4 and then cwm the new one idk tho ill post later if i do if i get it working or not

You can pm me if you need more help. The videos show step by step, just remember to pull the battery when the video tells you to, so watch it before you do it, than watch while doing it.
Please make sure you are downloading onto your computer and unzipping it on your computer before you transfer it onto your phone downloading onto your phone and or unzipping on your phone will cause issues in some cases.
Also please make sure you are not renaming the files. Technically you can rename the files but there are certain characters you cannot use without causing the file to fail the md5 check. Best thing you can do is just not rename it.
Barring these two things the main issue you may be having is just getting a bad download or transfer when moving it to your phone. If either of the two above things do not work then redownload it and retransfer it.

when u plug phone into pc the folder that opens up is ur sdcard in phone...you put the unziiped file in clockwordmod\backup folder
its not in the sdcard i looked for clockwork mod but i don't see that file perhaps i did something wrong ? i mean cwm works when i boot the phone but i just cant find the clockwork mod file will making a folder fix it ?
Edit okay now that i have created a clockwork folder i did everything that was said and now my superuser works well only problem is that my wifi and 3g don't work its no longer green but gray now soo.. any advice ?
