I am having terrible battery life. I ran CPU Spy and the deep sleep mode did not register. I went into settings, applications, running services, this is what is running, android booster (1 process, 2 services, used to restore memory), avg antivirus, 1 process, 1 service), Facebook (1 process, 1 service, maps (1 process, 1 service), juice defender (1 process, 1 service), my data manager (1 process, 1 service), sense analog clock (widget 1 process, 1 service), yahoo mail (1 process, 2 services), radiopup (1 process, 1 service), my calcuator 1 process, 2 services), bible, (1 process, 1 service), google services (2 process, 2 services), dsp manager (1 process, 1 service), ics keyboard (2 process, 1 service).

I have used some of these in the last 24 hours, how can I stop these services without damaging the app or uninstalling them because I use the frequently. Thanks for anyones help in this matter.

ill guess its ur apps, alot of the apps youve listed have the ability to keep the phone online which kills the battery faster facebook, yahoomail, juice defender, possibly the radio, not to mention alot of people have stated that juice defender can mess with deep sleep mode

If you are still facing this you should check out the method i saw on xda.
Set Flight Mode on, disable key press tone and haptic feedback
Switch off phone
Remove battery
Place battery, switch on
Wait for boot process to be complete
Disable flight mode
