Root uninstaller been using it for a while simple and does the job quickly

I like both Root Explorer & Titanium Backup. With Root Explorer you have to know where the app is in the disk tree. TitaniumBackup gives you a more user friendly menu with all the apps in a list. Both are good so it's kind of a user preference thing.
