Actually I would recommend installing the MTDEV-UNROOT and call VM support and explain the problem. They will then transfer you to tech support. Support will then have you wipe the phone more than likely then test the problem again. After you tell them it's still not working they will over night a replacement. You move into the new phone and send back the old one with the return label. So the only pain is rerooting the phone and waiting for the new phone. Nothing out of your pocket except time. I find if you call in the early AM you can get through tech support in about 1-2 minutes in the PM about 8-10.
