Default Can A US Cellular Samsung Galaxy S3

be unlocked for sprint or verizon? I cannot find this info anywhere I've been searching for an hour.

I don't think Verizon allows any other carrier's phones on their network.

No. The only multi-carrier phones are unlocked GSM phones that work on prepaid networks, as well as AT&T and T-Mobile.
