Unhappy Books not Appearing
I have books on my Cruz Reader, but they are not appearing. Also, there is music on it, but cannot access it by just tapping on "music". Does anyone have any ideas? Am going to call customer support tomorrow. Until I can get these apps to work, it is not that useful a device. Thanks for any help.

Where did the e-books that you loaded on the Cruz tablet come from? Were they downloaded through an e-reader application on the tablet? Or copied there manually?

One thought I have is that the formay of the e-books may not be compatible with the e-reader.

laputa is a top ebook reader imho, with access to loads of good books on public domain. just finished 'the hobbit' superb

Did you figure this this out yet? I was looking to get my 12 year old a reader she likes the Nook, but saw this and said, Shiite I want one. Anyways showed it to her and now she wants this too...
