Flash Drive not recognized by tablet

Hello, my tablet does not recognize my flash drive when I plug it in. It works on a laptop I tried though. It seems like the USB port is abit loose too, please advise how I can fix this. Nothing shows up in the storage folder when I plug the flashdrive in.
