Default Velocity Themes
These themes are tested and working on Velocity 1.0!

GingerRED


Replaced all green with red, this includes progress bars. I also modified the images of the default launcher to match the theme.

Flash in recovery, no need to wipe anything just flash and reboot.

Download GingerRED

GingerBLUE


Replaced all green with blue, this includes progress bars. I also modified the images of the default launcher to match the theme.

Flash in recovery, no need to wipe anything just flash and reboot.

Download GingerBLUE

GingerYELLOW


Replaced all green with yellow, this includes progress bars. I also modified the images of the default launcher to match the theme.

Flash in recovery, no need to wipe anything just flash and reboot.

Download GingerYELLOW

All themes now available via terminal emulator velocity script!

Simply open terminal emulator and do the following:

dont know if any one else had this problem...... had to change back to stock font befor changing theme then changed fonts back after the theme was applied.

I also totally forgot to make a backup before I flashed yellow. Is there a way to easily go back to green if I want?

Absolutely awesome how easy these are to apply and change from the Terminal script! :-D I too am rocking the yellow theme, especially for game day

I 'thought' i wanted all the notifia0cation icons white, until i loaded the blue theme. I was wrong, i realize now the error of my ways. Great job GRZLA!

can you tell us what the hex values of colors the are?
for blue by eye I can get close ff00aaff ( actually i got close by eye and then guessed at a parttern)

A while back in the 2.1 velocity roms. Someone had posted a droid theme they made for velocity and packaged as R1.rar and applied with metamorph. Anyone remember that cool theme or anyone even know of it? Well get to the point I applied it along with the circular 3g icon and my ally is lookin sharp. Maybe themes like that should be added to the theme script but I went to oxe. For performance so the script is useless for me.

This thread isnt really for suggestions, but anyone who wants to make themes can make them.

There will be more themes in the future. Not 100% sure when this will happen, but as of right now they aren't exactly finished. I will be working on themes all day.

Curious... we have screenshots and info for GingerRED, GingerBlue, and GingerYELLOW... but what about "ElegantGingerbread" (option #5 on mine), and "Stock" (I know, may be obvious, but... for consistency?)...

I was about to make the leap into choosing a theme (OMG!), then odexing my ROM to free up wasted space in Dalvik-Cache... but I wanted to check out the options first before I jumped in with a selection. ElegantGingerbread sounded nice but there's no info on it

If the Creator wants they can post information about their theme in here. The first post is for themes I have made.

Will these work in Velocity v1.1? Cuz it looks like all you can do from the Terminal Emulator is switch between themes and not colors. :P
