Question Silencing the camera, revisited

I dislike gratuitous noises. I have keyboard ticking and other such sounds turned off. However, the camera sometimes makes a sound.

In another thread I wrote:

I've come to realize that the "boop boop" sound most likely is telling me that there is insufficient light. It intermittently happens and seems to correlate with low-light conditions.

Any thoughts on preventing that?

Many apps in the Play Store I'm sure, but not really on it.
