Default Re: Google Wallet Guide: Avoid Secure Element Error

Supposedly Google fixed the bricking issues. I haven't heard anyone brick their wallet since summertime

Can you boot into recover and install an older room if you have it? Have you tried fixing permissions, clearing cache etc?

Good suggestions all. But none worked. It was all kinds of jacked. However, what I did was go online to google wallet, disabled wallet for my N7. Do a factory reset (about the only thing that I was able to start up). After the factory reset, went back into GW on my N7. My credit card was still showing in GW which surprised me along with transactions. However, the card was no longer accessible and I could not add another card. I could remove my card though but the app was pretty much non functional at that point.

I then did a reset wallet from within GW. And now all seems ok again. I re-added my account, my card and it seems good. Took a small amount of work. But as long as it still functions I'm fine with that.

I overhauled the OP. New links, better formatting and some color!

Hope you like it!
