Default Root method

I want to root this thing. Every where I look I read "use this not that" etc. etc. What method is everyone using? That works and has the least issues?

this is the guide i used to root my wifes note 3. Fairly simple but it does require the device to be wiped otherwise apps will start to force close.

Kingo roots without wiping anything. And they've fixed the "phone home" thing, so there's nothing to worry about. (I've had mine rooted with the old "with phone home" version for 2 months now and no problems.)

The site crawls, so go to it, go out to lunch, and download the program when you get back. (It can take a few minutes to connect to it. The download is reasonably fast.)

And kingo is and was the method I personally used. Chief has a pretty comprehensive guide all written up for this phone. Works each time for me.
