Default How to flash back to stock rooted?

Hello

I'm currently running CleanRom 5.5.1 and while it's nice, I would like to flash back to stock. I'm interested in the new OTA JB release, rooted of course. How would I go about doing this? I'm reading information regarding it, and I'm left a bit confused.

Thanks

I was reading that but I forgot to include it in here lol.

I have no yet tripped my flash counter... and I'd rather not too. I do wish to install a custom recovery because I may wish to later switch to a custom rom again. I just don't want to flash the counter, in case I ever have to return my phone to VZW.

I'll probably end up trying this tomorrow.
