Default moving apps to sd card??

i have an unrooted s4 and after the update I'm moving alot of apps to my 32gb sd card

after I move them do i need to remove them from the 16gb phone memory or is that automatically handled?

it is a "move", so it is moving the data from internal memory to sd card. You shouldn't have to do anything besides moving the app
