Default Motochopper ruined my phone

I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4.
I tried to root it tonight with Motochopper and some website instructions.
I have a Mac so I used terminal and gave it directions.
I thought nothing happened.
I think something bad happened.
I have no service and a lot of privacy messages coming up.
I just want to go back to how it was.
Any recommendations?

The name Motochopper sounds rather ominous, it sounds like something intended to kill your phones. Where did this "Motochopper" thing come from?

Use kies to revert to stock and then use saferoot to root the 4.3 firmware. Everything is smooth as I have used saferoot my self and there were no problems just one click and I was rooted.
