Default Bonstock ROM

Help PLEASE. I flashed Bonestock on my Verizon GS4, and like a dumbass, I unrooted it. I need to root it again and flash the stock firmware back onto it and then unroot. Please help me reroot my phone. I can't seem to make it work. I have a Mac.

Reflash Bonestock. It'll be rooted. Then flash the stock firmware back. (I assume you have the stock firmware to flash.) If it's fully stock it'll be unrooted. If not, just unroot it.

Or just flash the stock firmware. You don't need root to flash firmware.

Is there any way to do it in recovery mode with clockwork mod so I don't need a computer, even though I don't have root?
