Default Restore Recovery

I can't seem to get into recovery mode on my S4, and assuming I managed to cripple it some how. No matter of holding up/down volume & power key gets me there, no luck with the numerous apps to reboot into it.

I'm curious if flashing the stock no wipe would reflash the recovery? Or how to go about getting it back?
