Default Verizon 4G with Slide-out keyboard

Any news about a Verizon 4G with a slide out keyboard. I'm an old fart and I can't use the virtual keyboards.

Still waiting for a slide-out (or flip-out) hardware keyboard 4g phone on verizon. The fact Sprint has two of them to choose from and Verizon doesn't even have one in the pipeline is increasingly making me consider what I thought I would never do: leave Verizon.

I'd personally like to see a Samsung Galaxy S2 slide out phone on VZW. Hell I'll be happy if I see a SGS2 on VZW!

And sprints 4G is a JOKE. Hard keyboards will soon disappear. T-Mobile is decent and i think is going to have the MT4G slide soon i think. But nobody will beat big reds coverage! And im pretty sure their 4g will have better speeds and more coverage than the rest.

That's too bad. I won't buy another smartphone without a hard keyboard. The keyboard also needs to have number keys too. I really hate it when they don't.

I'm in the same boat as the OP. I was woth Sprint with the Epic 4G - Switched due to having an opening on our VZW Family-Plan. I got the Thunderbolt - I'm not saying it's without it's own issues - but - not having the physical keboard isn't one of them - at least for me. .
