I'm not sure if you're asking if a bad ESN Verizon Note 2 or a Note 2 from another carrier, but either way, you're not going to get the phone to work on Verizon. Now if it is a Verizon Note 2 and its ESN is bad, then you could unlock the phone and use it on any GSM carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile, Straight Talk, etc.). That's the only way you're going to get the phone on any network again. But you're not going to have LTE on any other network either.

You can also get a donar verizon phone that has lte and move the esn to the note ii using cdma workshop

Then u can run it on verizon. But if u activate it at a store they will notice the esn isint from a note ii, it will display as the doner phone on their systems

How does one unlock a CDMA phone to use on a GSM network?

Dont belive everything you read online.

Bonjor, im a french model

So yea, theirs a sim unlock method on xda or contact your carrier.

As for unlocking a cdma phone. Their is no need. The only method to move to another carrier is to switch the esn with one from that carrier
