Can i upgrade my android 2.2 to 3.1 in my viewsonic viewpad 3.0

Probably not. For one, there's no 3.0 ROMS available for this device, for two, there's been no indication from Viewsonic that they intend to make Honeycomb available for this device.

looks like viewsonic pretend to sell now a viewsonic 7 with android 3.0, but the publicity said that it's the viewsonic 7x, question!
may i upgrade my viewsonic 7 android 2.2 to android 3.0 or i must get this new tablet....

You'd probably need to get the new tablet, the 7x. I know that one is also flash capable, so it should be a nice little device.
