My NEW viewpad7 will not turn on. I was just using it. The app I was using was not working (Perfect View comic reader) I look at it 15 min later and it wont turn on. What do I do?

I had this within a short while of playing with it. I straightened a paper clip & gently poked what I hoped was the reset button.

As you look at it there is a tiny hole around the front edge on the left hand side. Well I clicked it & it all came to life again.

PS I see this is a rather old post I've replied to but maybe it will help some one else.
