Hi Izzy and welcome to Android Forums!
Well, it looks like it's been awhile and no one has answered your question. To my knowledge, there is no stock Android setting that defaults all apps to the SD card... in fact, you wouldn't WANT that. Any app that has a widget needs to stay in the device's memory.
You can go into Settings --> Apps and individually move the apps you can to the SD card.
