Default help with sd card and error checking

Hi, I have a viewPad 7, viewsonic, which i have rootedi then have formatted my sd card and created 2 partitions ready for link2sd to use,
after creating partition with mini tools i put the card back into my viewpad now it will say that the card is damaged and will not let me mount the card, and ask me to format, i iknow it isnt damaged because i have tested it into other devices and it sees the card, i have tried all the extensions and still the same, i dont think that the viewpad will allow two partitions, as it does an error card check on mount and sees the partition as an error, and i think that if i could stop the error check them maybe it wont class it as damaged, please could someone tell me how to stop the error checking so i can see or if anyone knows how to stop this then please say.
