Default reset to out of box state?

i have a rooted vm intercept. rooted with intercept root apk file. installed cm recovery tool. installed crap kernel. deleted bloatware and other things like stock browser and latin keyboard. now i want to upgrade to the motorola on vm. is there a way to install via the recovery tool a zip file that reinstall all deleted bloat ware and browser/keyboard. what im wanting is a factory system file recovery i guess. is this possible to do?

If you want all that head on over to sdx they should have all your files needed to return to stock. But why if your just getting a new phone do they require you to send a the old one in before . Cause I did not do it that way I just bought a new phone and kept my old ones
