can someone please LIST the apps that are bloatware and can be removed safely? thanks!

What carrier are you with? It may depend on carrier of what apps can be removed safely.

You can generally remove all of the Samsung apps except for the keyboard, and all of the Virgin Mobile apps. Leave any Samsung updaters alone.
