Queens NYC 3G Down Nightly?

For the past two weeks, I've noticed 3G disappears at about 5PM nightly. It reappears about an hour later. Anyone else having this issue?

Nah, I'm right by Flushing Meadow Park and don't have this problem at all. Is it exactly 5?
