Default Will the new 4g Phones use sim cards?

I am just wondering if the New 4g phones will still be on the cmda network.
Thanks!

I understand that LTE devices all use SIM cards. Voice and SMS will continue to be carried on the 1xRTT CDMA network for some time, so the SIM card is only used for connection to the LTE network, which is for data only at this point.
