Default vm and sprint coverage

im moving to a new school with NO vm coverage and sprint roaming im literailly 10 feet out of the covered area if i flashed a sprint PRL would i be able the grab that little trail of signal or hell even roam i know VM is planning to offer it i remember them saying they would release it but i need more info

Best thing to do would be to go there yourself and see if you can get the signal. Those are predictions based on tower placement and can be a little off of what they are showing. VM will not be getting roaming anytime soon and what you saw was just a mistake.

I don't recall seeing any where that VMUSA said they were going to allow roaming. I know it was a rumor, but it was killed by VMUSA.

Id just wait and see if you get any type of signal out there. Those maps are not always up to date.

Roaming is strictly against the service. You could flash every prl ever but virgin will not roam. Perhaps, you could try T-Mobile or just go without the phone for a few hours.

Even using a Sprint prl your meid is still tied to VM which doesn't offer roaming so there's absolutely no way for your phone to authenticate on a Verizon tower.
