Default Account Issues

So I sold my Optimus Elite today and had reset the phone. But I got a message on my Reverb from Virgin saying I added $25 to my account. Does this mean the phone is still linked to my account? How do I disconnect it? Any help is much appreciated.

Hi halesvu. I moved your thread to the Virgin Mobile forum. You'll probably get a better answer here.

I would think you would have to call VM and have that phone deactivated from your account so the other person could activate it on their own account.

@ Atmazzz, thanks. I went ahead and called vm for assistance. So far, not so helpful. They've sent a report for me to investigate the problem. Hopefully I hear back from them soon.
