Default Will swapping phones temporarily cause me to restart month and/or lose $25/month plan?

So my Motorola Triumph's battery will no longer hold a charge and while I am waiting for my new battery to arrive, I still need a phone. If I switch phones on my Virgin Mobile account to the Samsung Intercept for a week and switch back to my Triumph, will my month restart and will I lose my $25/month plan?

As Logan said, You will not have to change to a higher plan...As far as I know, It's only their newer phones that would knock you out of that $25 bracket.(i.e Evo V 4g, SII, Etc)

Cheers!

This is true, the triumph was the last phone that still held the 25$ plan if you already had it and anything after would require a new plan. Anything before then you can still keep your plan. So yes, you will be fine.

i replaced my triumph with another (used) triumph after the rate hike, and kept the $25 plan. i use the broken-screen phone as a charger and have 4 extra batteries. it's nice not being tethered to the wall ever.
