Default Should I get a tablet?

I have an android phone (LG Optimus V) and I'm wondering if I should get this tablet. My first question is a tablet a waste of money if I already have a phone. Also I'd like to know if this tablet has Android Market access (because I know some cheap low-end tablets don't) But from the reviews on this tablet it looks pretty nice. Im also wondering if you guys reccomend any other tablets that you like better. (with android market access)

Hi.
The LG Optimus V is one of the best phones Virgin mobile has to offer. It lacks in memory and screen size but is otherwise a tremendous entry level phone.
As for the Vizio VTAB 3010, it has not been released yet so there are no hands on user reports.
I own the VTAB 1008 and for the less than 200.00 I paid for it at Walmart and understanding this is not a hi end tablet like the Asus Transformer Prime or the Motorola Xoom.
If you keep that in mind, I would rate the VTAB 1008 a 10. It is a great little tablet for such a low price, it has a 8 in screen, Android Market, Front facing camera, GPS, etc. For the GPS give it up to ten min on the first run, it has updates and maps to load after it locates you.

The VTAB3010 is due out later this year and I will be looking hard at it, I am very happy with my 8 inch tablet and since Vizio is an American Company I will be supporting it as much as possible.
Sadly these fine tablets are not made in the US, but since it is a US company most of the money from the sales will stay in country.
