Default ringtone to short

I bought htc explorer on vodefone network and never used it for six months I then decided to use it after aproxx 6 months and found it would allow me to use other networks sim card but when I get incomming calls the ring tonr only last 2 seconds and I cant answer it before it cuts out ring tone is set at 25 seconds can anyone help?

Welcome to AF, davyoflanagan!

I see that you seem to be having trouble with your HTC Explorer, and thought that you might have a better chance of getting help if you post this thread into the Explorer forum. There is very little traffic in this Vodafone forum lately, and I think this issue is probably phone related.
