Unhappy HTC Wildfire Root

hi evry one i know there tons of people asking how do i root i HTC Wildfire 2.2.1 and im on t-mobile i have spent hours looking at what to do and im still clueless

My HBOOT is -1.01.0001

i just wannt to know if there i a simplefied methoed of doing it it becasue all the ways i seem to look at are really confusing and will i lose all my contacts and messages i know rooting carry the risk of bricking but the advantges are way better

any help at all would be much appreated
