Splash Screen only for S-off flash in bootloader
copy zip to sdcard, after flash delete it from sdcard

Have it S-OFF in some phone repair shop. Splashcreens are the best thing cause you can change to any image you want, very easy to make one.

Download attachments:
extract:
make a 320x480 24bit bmp image
run CreateG1Splash.exe
open the image you created click convert
a filename with splash565 rename to splash1.nb0

download zip in the original post and replace file in the
zip with the splash1.nb0

put zip in root of sdcard then boot in bootloader
it will ask if you want to flash splash chose yes.

note you must be S-OFF can be seen in bootloader mode.

then reboot
