Default tablet pc model wm8650 with sim card calling

I have tablet pc model wm8650 with sim card calling function. I can call with BSNL sim card but not with other networks like vodafone, airtel, tata, etc. Can someone help to resolve this?

Hi, welcome to AF, I've moved your query to the WM8650 section.

It sounds as though your tablet is locked to a network provider. Generally, you'd need to pay for an unlock code or visit a phone repair shop and have it unlocked.
