Default Xperia X10 flash failed - HELP! :(

Hi I tried to root my xperia x10 (this is my first time rooting) using this tutorial: http://www.gadgetsdna.com/how-to-root-xperia-x10-android-phone-2/4291/http://www.gadgetsdna.com/how-to-root-xperia-x10-android-phone-2/4291/. I couden't get the 1click roots to work so I tried to use this.

After finishing the first step of flashing the device I turned my phone of and took the battery out for 5 seconds and then attempted to turn it on. But it won't come on, it starts up normaly by showing the "sony ericson" thing, and then it came up something weird, it said: "NTT docomo". And then it turnes to black screen with the backlight on. I've tried to let it stay like this but nothing else happens.

Can someone please help! I'm lost here! Is there a way to unflash or flash it back to it's original phase?

Yup...debugging on....unknown sources needs to be checked.

And if it still fails, try another USB port on the PC.
