took me few hours to get it right, it was tiresome lol

the one thing I love in this, is the wooden background

HOW TO :

IMP : Place the framework you'll like to have in the root of your memory card

  1. Reboot your phone
  2. After SONY ERICSSON TEXT LOGO press BACK KEY a couple of times till you enter XRECOVERY MODE
  3. connect your phone to pc
  4. go to PARTITION TOOLS -> tap MOUNT SYSTEM and SDcard
    Quote:
    your screen should look like this
  5. open cmd in your pc
  6. type
    Quote:
    adb shell
  7. now enter this code
    Quote:
    busybox cp /sdcard/framework-res.apk /system/framework/framework-res.apk
  8. now press back in your phone
  9. and choose
  10. REBOOT YOUR PHONE

after a couple of minutes your phone will start

For changing the framework do I need my phone to be rooted ? o.O

Erm I assume u dun hav trackid n backupnrestore? Coz those two background still blue in color

There s now a scipt that can do this framework change for you as well!

And you can even download a script runner on your phone so no shell needed
BTW, anyone try the gingerbread X10 framework? Briliant animations!!!

Hm,interesting! Any info/link on this script?
How do you do it using the phone itself to install?

First read this
[TUTORIAL] Easy method to change framework-res.apk with shell script - xda-developers
Then get a script executing app from market (I use ScriptMe as it can run scripts in su mode)
And now you can run reframe.sh from phone (su mode of course). So no PC needed.
