Default Service Menu

1. With device powered ON, press and hold both volume keys + power button.
2. Continue to hold all three until device starts to boot back up and start-up messages are displayed in upper-left.
3. After device boots, unlock, and access apps.
4. If done correctly, should see an app with a red Motorola emblem as an icon with the title of Field Utils.

I tried this and the start-up message appeared as per step 2, only there is no Field utils app when it completes the boot.
