Default (Fast Reboot) frees up memory
This works wonders for me when I find the Xoom lagging a bit having
had alot of applications open all day.

Its just a quick way to reboot without waiting a minute.

Is this meant for the tablet too.? thought just for phone.

Yes, Ive been using it for my HTC Droid Inc phone. And recently tried it on the Xoom works great.

Thanks! Very nice.

On a side note - my Xoom takes about 2 minutes to boot, not 1. Every update I have received has added about 10-15 seconds to the boot. So this will be nice.

Phone = HTC Incredible - rooted as of 2/20/2011 4:18 PM.
Tablet = Xoom Wi-Fi :: stock, not currently planning to root but probably will eventually
