Default Android legal for the Rogue company? ZT-180

The ZT-180 comes with an Android that Zenithink permit not have access to market and a system information vetoes umpc components.
And announced, however, that comes with a 2.1 The Android. Which is not true.An altered Android without acces to processor information plus without
guide to the system.
Or I'm wrong and any android rom can be modified to deceive
customers and at the same time can be a legal Android 2.1?
A great disappointment that companies can alter an operating system
to deceive their clients and can SAY with all the law...
This Zt-180 goes with Android 2.1 or similar.
The processor, Zenithink says is A 8 1GH the real processor is
an Arm 11 800mgh?
