guys i just picked up 4 of these units to give out for christmas and as i was testing them i am having all sorts of video chat issues..i have used skype,tango,oovoo,yahoo..sometimes they will connect and somethimes they wont...and when they do the large image isnt in color its mostly blue... i even tried connecting to my computer to see if the image would change and it didnt.. does anyone have any ideas here?? thanks

That is an odd issue indeed.. I'm thinking that you may get informed responses here in the sub-forum for your device, where other users may have experienced your video chat issues.

I'm wondering if you've tried connecting with more than one chat friend when testing this, and if you're certain that he or she has a good cam on their device. Other than that, I'll have to defer to users of this device who might chime in.

Thanks for the welcome. I saw that vid that you posted..... I went back to the guy i got them from .... Tested all the ones he had including the 10" units he has and they all have the same issue.... Help please
