I can second the virgin mobile tab bug on sense... I dont know whats causing it but I prefer Holo Launcher anyway, so its not a big deal.

The multitouch, I cant test on the listed games because I dont own them :P But Venture Towns, Game dev story, jelly defender etc, the multitouch hasnt given me issues.

P.S Mob your new slogan: If it doesnt work, reflash, if that doesnt work, reflash.

Power kernel does not allow for overclocking. The kernels that allow for overclocking are Anthrax and Jmz's kernel.

Mobster, do you ever plan on allowing overclocking on Power Kernel? Your ROM is running project buttery smooth with version 2.25 and Power Kernel, but 1.5Ghz dual core just has a nice ring to it.

When the Virgin Mobile Evo V 4G Source is released i may try to make a real kernel from scratch unlike the others that rip the code from eachother and the Sensation Dev's work on the Snapdragon S3 ICS Sense Kernels......... all the current Overclock Kernels are either based on work from Chad Goodman, faux123, or show-p1984

IMO our Kernels need to made fresh for Real Max Performance

As long as the kernel is made to run on the same CPU it shouldn't matter, should it? Idk offhand, but i'm sure there are other devices that use the same processor. Wouldn't an overclock kernel designed for one of them work just fine?

In theory yes it should with some device specific changes but even then how do you expect to surpass the Power of the kernel your copying.... it'd be impossible ...... as it stands Power Kernel out performs every other Overclock Kernel they've strayed too far from stability........ those who rely on Quadrants are only fooling themselves to believe their getting a power boost

I'm having 4G problems, it says Connecting to Sprint, then Disconnects and rescans. Same thing happens. Don't know if its related to the tweaks or not.

Maybe be a tower issue? other users report 4G is working fine

remember Wimax is sensitive to where it is and its signal

Sorry, you're right. Getting a Wimax signal now, probably just the weather or something. I've been sitting in the same place for a while. Thanks.

Is the 4G hack the one that removes 4G throttle or is it different?

Yes it removes throttle and I've tweaked it a bit for more speed

Wow, I was slow this time! I've been so busy with school and my website that I didn't notice you had moved the forum. I'm downloading the v2.25 ROM right now. Glad to have you back!

Buttery smooth as always! But can I make one suggestion. On the settings, can you make it to where you can update your profile and PRL on the AOSP Settings if that is possible or maybe make an app that has that function so that we could use the AOSP settings without having to worry about the "SMS Error: Radio Interface Resource Shortage" happening. No biggie really because most of the time it works by just rebooting the phone but for some that doesn't work.

Did some googling, found that I had to delete some files, even though I had more than enough space for the pic, it was the devices way of letting me know I was below 5% of space left in sd, had about 20 gigs of music on my card

Thanks for quick reply, I've pulled the battery now and fired it up, it stuck that time so i'm not sure what went on. I had noticed it today after about 2 days of use, then I did a reboot and it still didnt stick. Seems fine now, i'll report back if I see anything else.

I do have another question about swapping the black calendar for a stock one from like the Jmz stock rom. Is this possible to switch my play store app and calander app back to the stock themes by swapping the apks? I'm not a huge fan of the black theme, so I wont gripe if it's not possible, but if it is I'd definitely like to try it.

Edit the the system/app folder in the Rom before you flash it the files can be found in the Stock Rom or Other Roms

That's usually how people do it...... The Rom comes the way I (the dev) prefer the OS to be like after I release the Rom its up to the end user to modify the rom if they wish to make changes based on their preferences however I can point those users in the right direction

Can we dirty flash this or will we have to do a full wipe? I'm guessing that it requires full wipe though due to the beats audio.

Anyone having problems with Wifi staying connected? It'll connect just fine, then disconnect after 30 seconds or so, then reconnect, then disconnect again within 1 minute or 2 and keeps repeating. Also, sometimes when I get a text the screen will come on and go off as usual, but the buttons at the bottom will stay lit up until i wake the phone and lock it again. Running 2.25 btw. I wiped both caches and did a factory reset, installed 2.25, wiped caches and factory reset again and then reinstalled 2.25 because it didn't install correctly the first time. I didn't do any restores or backups on this installation.
