Zip this file in your recovery but make sure you wipe the cache and dalvik cache 1st.

Im getting this error.. "the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" on the latest 2.5.

Any ideas?

So I figured out how I broke it but Im not sure how to fix it. In 2.3 I used the zip file 'MRV Sense Contacts.zip' to replace the contacts. This worked great but in 2.5 after flashing the zip file I get the error on reboot:

You did exactly what I did. Don't flash that sense file because it is no longer compatible. Wipe the data, cache and dalvik cache and just re flash just the rom. Trust me it will work. I prefer the sense contacts but Mobz integrated both in and you can choose. Well with my backed up nova settings I get the sense contacts but not the Dialer.

There's a special tweak that gets applied when the Rom is installing and it formats the Partitions on its own

You'll want to grab the "HtcDialer.apk" from Power Rom

So when I grab that apk where in the system do I put it and what should the permissions be? Would I need to delete another dialer apk? This won't negatively effect anything will it?

I'm not sure what it'll do since I've never done it but you'll want to put it in system/app and change the permissions to rw-r-r

That's a really old kernel....... You have to look for the Newer Releases

My Kernel Does not allow for Overclocking and IMO its Not Necessary

Im not getting that..... i recommend updating to the latest 2.57 with a Full Wipe trust me the speed on the latest 2.57 update will blow your mind

I just signed up little while back. Mods still have to review my account before giving me permissions. Have to wait a little while but thanks for your help in helping me get the oc kernel!

Disable fastboot in Power Settings and you could also access the boot loader from the Power Menu

Possibly after effects from having installed that old version of Anthrax previously do a Full Wipe and Re-Flash the Rom that should fix everything

Maybe. The 3D is working for me, just flashed 2.57 along with the Aosp settings and everything is working fine. Btw i do feel the performance boost Mobstergunz, it is much faster. Thanks

I'm glad I didn't update to 2.52 cause now 2.57 is out lol I would've hate to have done it twice in a day lol you don't plan on releasing another version tonight do you Mobz? Thanks for these updates though.
