Sirius on the Zio, help not connecting
I have a Sanyo Zio from Sprint. I dowloaded the Sirius XM ap and installed it and subscribed. It will let me log in, it brings up the app background and shows what is playing on the app, however it never connects and only does the spinning connecting icon. Specs of the phone are:
Firmware 2.1 update 1
Baseband Version 1.008
Kernel Version 2.6.29-perf cdma@cdma-desktop #1
Build Number 1.008sp
I contacted both Sprint and Sirius and neither one were any help. Has anyone ran into this or knows what I can do to fix this problem I would greatly appreciate it.
