Hey well I too had similar issue that screen freezes and stuck on boot logo and then I called sprint they said to call manufactures, those techie’s over helped I had wrote them on a paper the steps will be power off then press the power-key and volume-down key at the same time until the phone get into the recovery mode then Press power key to get into next interface which will be four choices: reboot system now; apply update from external storage; wipe data/factory reset; wipe cache partition and then Use Volume up and Volume down to move the cursor up and down then press power key to select wipe data/factory reset which will do a hard reset that will fix it work fine like my tablet!
